The Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) is your gateway to building a rewarding career with Connect Marketing Services, Nigeria’s leading experiential marketing agency.

Through this intensive and immersive 12-month program, participants will gain hands-on experience across key business functions — from Client Service, Project Management, Strategy, and Field Operations — while being mentored by some of the industry’s best minds.

At the end of the program, top-performing trainees will be offered full-time employment opportunities within the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates with a minimum of Second Class from accredited institutions.

• Maximum of 2 years post-NYSC completion.

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, communications and innovation.

• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, creativity, and leadership potential.

• Passionate, creative, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Passion for brand experience, innovation, and teamwork
