In 2021, Marriott Hotels approached us to manage the Launch of their first hotel in West Africa.
The hospitality brand had three needs
To launch its first hotel in West Africa whilst retaining its global standards as a high-end luxury brand.
The event was to be graced by top dignitaries who could afford their services and help the brand garner the needed attention to enter the Nigerian market successfully.
They needed the guests to experience not only the event but also the entire hotel amidst the pandemic
To solve the problem,
We harnessed our knowledge of the target audience and technology
We integrated a Virtual Reality element into the experience.
Guests could view every room, bar and other highlight of the hotel in real-time from other devices.
This created a soft landing for the brand as well as external triggers for trial.
It created a safe and pandemic-proof experience for the attendees.

In 2022, MasterCard had a few priceless goals.
MasterCard wanted to build brand affinity by creating Priceless experiences for its card users
The brand wanted to increase card transaction
Increase awareness among shoppers
To meet with these objectives, we plugged MasterCard into our Shopper Marketing property, ShoppaSpree which had shoppers rewarded for card transactions in selected Malls. However, we were able to scale the personalization through technology by creating random QR codes to be scanned by consumers for personalized rewards based on first-party data collected upon sign-up.
We also had a grand prize of an all-expense paid trip to watch a UEFA Champions League match.

MasterCard VR shoppa Experience
Mastercard in partnership with Spar Nigeria recently created priceless experiences for shoppers by rewarding their football passion during the period of the UEFA Champions League final. They approached us to create a memorable experience and trust the brand experience agency, we did this expertly.
With the use of technology and our knowledge of the customers, we helped them discover a shopping experience that is far from usual by using VR and gamification, customers had an immersive shopping experience. The 4-week event which occurred in selected SPAR outlets increased the brand affinity for MasterCard and SPAR Shoppers.

To introduce our audiences to the new brand marque for our annual digital conference, we created an immersive experience using AR. Attendees could calibrate the new logo at our Red Carpet and interact with it.

In the middle of the pandemic, Stanbic IBTC approached us to handle its annual Youth Leadership Series. They needed us to host a virtual event. We hosted 3000 attendees, 6 breakout sessions seemlessly

MasterCard needed to connect with the football fans in Kenya in the middle of the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
We hosted a pandemic-proof party where selected fans could virtually watch the UEFA champions league final alongside sports influencers and Kenyan football legends.
We created an immersive zero-contact experience with communication, live streams and entertainment for guests.
