Project Overview
The objective of the Cowbellpedia 2025 project was to deliver a seamless, engaging, and memorable competition experience for shortlisted students, teachers, and parents across Nigeria by ensuring efficient logistics, accommodation, and welfare management for all participants and also deepen brand engagement and visibility through immersive experiences before, during, and after the competition.
Proposed Solutions
We coordinated a media tour featuring winners to amplify visibility, celebrate excellence and also executed a grand award ceremony with cheque presentations, school prizes, and a redeployed café experience to recreate the competition atmosphere.
As the appointed agency, we designed and executed a full-scale BTL, logistics, and experiential engagement plan, covering end-to-end participant experience in logistics & welfare management, creating a vibrant, branded café space serving Cowbell-based snacks and beverages throughout the 7-day competition.
Results
The project was delivered successfully with strong outcomes across experience, logistics, and brand engagement, with 132 shortlisted students and their teachers hosted seamlessly, with smooth arrivals, accommodation, and daily movement. Ensured the Cowbellpedia Café became a key engagement and visibility hub, reinforcing brand presence throughout the competition and strengthening participant satisfaction, brand affinity, and experiential impact, meeting both operational and strategic goals.
